вариантные прогнозы
Прогнозы, основанные на сопоставлении различных вариантов возможного развития экономических объектов при разных предположениях относительно того, как будет развиваться техника, какие будут приниматься экономические меры и т.д. Анализ В.п. способен помочь в выборе наиболее важных направлений научно-технических работ (исследований, конструкторских разработок и т.д.) и, следовательно, в распределении капиталовложений, а также в принятии других решений экономического характера. В.п. исходят из вероятностного характера развития экономики, прежде всего научно-технического прогресса. Учитывая возможные управляющие воздействия, В.п. могут быть одновременно активными прогнозами. Если же они опираются только на возможное продолжение развития внутренних, собственных тенденций системы, то их можно назвать также пассивными прогнозами. На практике часто применяются В.п., рассматривающие три альтернативы — оптимистическую (высокий уровень), пессимистическую (низкий уровень) и среднюю. (См. рис. Д.4 к ст.
